DIFFICULT AIRWAY MANAGEMENT WITH LARYNGEAL MASK

Abstract
Unexpected difficult airway is rare condition in children. It can be complicated extremely serious and catastrophic consequences, especially when anesthesia administered by inexperienced person and alternative options is not made available in the operating room. In this presentation we wanted to draw attention that the laryngeal mask as an alternative to the maintenance of airway in patients with a history of difficult intubation for adenoidectomy.
