Difficulties with the diagnosis of pain syndrome in a 16-year-old patient with herpes zoster (clinical case)

Abstract
The article presents clinical observation of herpes zoster in a 16-year-old boy. Herpes zoster in this patient occurred without typical rash — zoster sine herpete. The main clinical symptom was pain, which caused certain diagnostic difficulties. The diagnosis was made based on the anamnesis morbi of the patient, the localization of the pathological process and laboratory confirmation.
