DIGITAL LITERACY AS A FACTOR HIGHER EDUCATION REFORM

Abstract
The concepts of "digital literacy", "digital competency", "digital consumption" are analyzed. The preconditions that have become decisive factors for the comprehensive introduction of digital literacy in the university educational process are analyzed. Issues related to digital competency of students and organization of higher education in post-industrial society are considered. The role of digital education in the processes of transformation of the country's economy and the formation of a single digital space is considered. The goals and objectives of universities in reforming of higher education are defined.
