DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION: DETERMINATION OF BASIC CONCEPTS

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of determining the main issues in the field of digital technologies in public administration. Based on the analysis of legislation and scientific concepts, the definition of the concept of digital technologies in public administration is formulated; clarified the value of other related concepts in this field. The author substantiates the need of systematization and refinement of the basic concepts in the sphere of digital technologies in public management is substantiated.
