ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ СОЦІАЛЬНОГО ПЕДАГОГА ЗАГАЛЬНООСВІТНЬОГО НАВЧАЛЬНОГО ЗАКЛАДУ В КОНТЕКСТІ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ ПРОГНОСТИЧНОЇ ФУНКЦІЇ

Abstract

The content of the secondary school social pedagogue’s activity in the light of the implementation of prognostic function is outlined in the article. The author defines the action sequence in the process of exercising of professional prognostic functions. Special attention is paid to the subject of prediction. Prognostic function is realized by predicting the impact on the object, and forming the customer’s behavioral model. The main requirement for all the educational process participants includes the unity of the purposes of social and educational activities that would ensure the consistency of their plans and predictions at certain stage. The purpose of this function in social pedagogue’s activities is defined as identifying and consolidating of specialist’s major operations in integration of joint activities with members of the teaching staff. The attention is focused on the planning process as a necessary component of predictive activities. It is determined that considered short-term and advanced planning provides the efficiency of a specialist. Actually social pedagogue uses thematic plan especially in working with students of different social categories, children with deviations in behavior, parents and others. Planning and forecasting processes are carried out together in order to provide detailed study of the object of professional cooperation, and its changes. On the basis of the forecasts the proper tasks are generated and the ways of their solutions are to be outlined. The author states that on the planning and prognosis stage the joint development of the program is supposed to achieve the outlined goals. Besides, the selection and definition of the principles and methods of implementation of planned activities is carried out. The program defines the problem situation that arose; the main actors involved in its solution, as well as tasks to be solved, forms of work, and deadlines.
