Abstract
В работе сформулирован алгоритм и определена задача оптимального выбора набора участков с целью получения максимально достоверных прогнозов при необходимом условии минимального числа таких участков. Предложено решение задачи оптимизации с ограничениями по затратам при условии достижения максимальной эффективности прогнозирования.
