Abstract

The article deals with the development of a promising commodity strategy of enterprises in order to achieve a stable position in the market and a high level of financial prosperity in the future. The place of the commodity strategy in the general strategy of the enterprise is determined. Designated principles, tasks, functions and problem moments of the formation of a commodity strategy.
