Directions for improvement of financial and credit governance of development of small enterprise on the state level

Abstract
The article substantiates the need to improve the financial and credit regulation of small business development at the state level. Two main directions of state support for small business development are considered: direct and indirect ones. It is argued that state support to entrepreneurship at the expense of budget allocations belongs to direct support. It is explained that the improvement of the access of enterprises to credit resources and improvement of the infrastructure of the financial and credit market should be considered as indirect support of the state.
