Directions for transformation of the fiscals policy in the context of corporate sector economy development

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of the main vectors for the transformation of the fiscal policy of the state, in modern political and economic conditions aimed at stimulating the development of the corporate sector of the Ukrainian economy. Taking into account available scientific developments and foreign experience, the necessity of reforming the general system of tax administration and the level of tax rates is substantiated. A step-by-step replacement of the profit tax with a tax on capital has been proposed, a revision of tax benefits and a system of public procurement.
