Directions of financial monitoring in control system

Abstract
Theoretical generalization and development of priority directions of the financial monitoring as instrument of management by an enterprise is represented in the article. The mechanism of the analytical providing of process of the financial monitoring which is based on the indexes of market value of enterprise is offered.
