Directions of improving the significance of subjects of public administration in Ukraine in prevention and fixation of violation of corporate rights

Abstract
The article is devoted to improving the significance of subjects of public administration in Ukraine in preven- tion and fixation of violation of corporate rights. The ar- ticle includes analysis of current legislation in the areas of state registration of legal entities, control over obser- vance of the legislation on joint-stock companies, disclo- sure of information by joint-stock companies, the model statute of a limited liability company. Proposals for the improvement of legislation in these areas are presented.
