Abstract
Today, more than one billion people, or approximately 15 per cent of the world's population, live with some form of disability and 80 per cent live in developing countries [1]. The disability of a person requires special attention whatever is his status. Unfortunately, the people with disability is not adequately addressed in our correctional home system as they are the minority.
