Disadvantages of criminal policy and anthropological dimension in combating crimes against morality.

Abstract
The article considers some shortcomings of modern criminal law policy. An attempt was made to overcome them by using an anthropological approach. On the basis of the study of crimes against morality, it was concluded that improving the mechanisms for regulating social relations that arise in the spiritual sphere should become a priority direction of state policy (including criminal policy) in the field of ensuring morality and spiritual security of the individual, society and the state. The implementation of such a policy presupposes, inter alia, the improvement of the existing system and legal signs of the composition of the relevant crimes, as well as the development of new crimes.
