Disciplinary liability: problem aspects of application

Abstract
The article is devoted to the coverage of topical issues of disciplinary liability. Particular attention is paid to the characterization of negative legal consequences of which an employee may be exposed in the event of abuse of power by the head of government and excessive authority. The article analyzes the norms of the draft Labor Code of Ukraine, as well as the proposals submitted, regarding their improvement on disciplinary issues.
