Disclosure of information about persons who committed corrupt acts as a mechanism of anti-corruption: legal and historical aspects

Abstract

The article deals with the historical aspects of the disclosure of information about individuals who committed corruption as a mechanism for combating corruption from ancient times to the present. Non-standard forms of counteraction to corruption are shown in some countries of the world, which led to a significant reduction of manifestations of copulation. From the novels of Ukrainian realities, the Unified State Register of Persons Who Corrupted Offenses is mentioned. It is concluded that the use of public public control in general is an effective means of any national anti-corruption strategy.
