Dispergation Kinetics under Annealing in Vacuum Chromium and Nickel Nanofilms which Were Deposited Onto Oxide Materials
Journal Title: Фізика і хімія твердого тіла - Year 2014, Vol 15, Issue 3
Abstract
Results of research of dispergation kinetics chromium and nickel nanofilms by thickness of 100 nm which were deposited onto surfaces of samples which have been made from alumina ceramics, quartz glass and sapphire, and have been annealed in vacuum at temperatures 1000 ( 1200 оС during different time of endurance at each temperature inside interval 2 ( 20 min.

Peculiarities of Non-Stationary Temperature Distribution of Optical Non-Transparent Anisotropic Thermoelement at Impulse Ray Excitement
The solutions of non-stationary equation of thermoconductivity for the optical non-transparent thermoelement at impulse ray excitement are presented in the paper for two time ranges: when the ray current falls (0<t <t) a...
Influence of the C4H6O6 Concentration in the (NH4)2Cr2O7 - HBr- C4H6O6 Composition on the Chemical-Dynamic Polishing of the III-V Semiconductors
The paper presents the results of experimental determination of the influence of the initial concentration of tartaric acid on the features of the chemical interaction of InAs, InSb, GaAs and GaSb with (NH4)2Cr2O7 - HBr-...
Dissipative Structures Following Damaging and Irreversible Deforming of the Ground and Rock Mass
The purpose of the paper is investigation of the dissipative structures that occur in solids on the instance of rock mass during its damaging and irreversible deforming. Ground movement monitoring of surrounding undergro...
Effect of Solid-Phase Transformations on Plasticity Steels
Plasticity steels as dependence on concentration alloying element is researched. By example of researching ultimate strength (σ0,2) iron-carbon and iron-chrome steels is shown, that plasticity of metals depend on the sol...
Simulation of Self-Diffusion Effect in Gallium Phosphide Monocrystals
The processes of self-diffusion of P and Ga atoms by molecular dynamics method were considered. Shown that interstitial P atoms starts its movement through the crystal at T = 1 K, Ga – at T = 100 K. The transition from i...
