Dispergation Kinetics under Annealing in Vacuum Chromium and Nickel Nanofilms which Were Deposited Onto Oxide Materials
Journal Title: Фізика і хімія твердого тіла - Year 2014, Vol 15, Issue 3
Abstract
Results of research of dispergation kinetics chromium and nickel nanofilms by thickness of 100 nm which were deposited onto surfaces of samples which have been made from alumina ceramics, quartz glass and sapphire, and have been annealed in vacuum at temperatures 1000 ( 1200 оС during different time of endurance at each temperature inside interval 2 ( 20 min.

The New Molecular Dynamics Approach to Study Radiation Processes
A new modification of the classic method of molecular dynamics is proposed. Method allows clarifying the input of different intervals of the stationary energy spectrum of the incident particles to the final radiation eff...
Dielectric, Electromechanical and Elastic Properties of K (NH ) H PO Compounds
We describe the available experimental data for the dielectric, piezoelectric, and elastic characteristics of the antiferroelectric crystals, using the proposed microscopic theory. Within the framework of the thermodynam...
Structure and Physical Properties of In2Se3<Mn>, InSe<Mn> and InSe<Fe> Layered Crystals
The influence of magnetic impurities on the properties of In2Se3 and InSе layered crystals was studied. The results indicate the formation of substitutional solid solutions in the In2Se3(1 wt. % Mn(, InSe(0.5 wt. % Mn( s...
Kinetics and Mechanisms of Growth of Nanostructures in Vapor-Phase Condensates PbTe:Sb on Ceramics
Presented by the results of AFM analysis of the formation of nanostructures in condensates PbTe:Sb substrates of glass ceramics obtained by open evaporation under vacuum at deposition temperature TS = (420-520) K and dep...
