DISTINCTIONS OF ALIENATION OF REAL PROPERTY BY HEREDITARY CONTRACTS

Abstract
In article analyzed procedure of alienation of real property by hereditary contracts and special aspects of real property as object in hereditary contracts, and also practical problems in enforcement and closing such kind of contracts. Also, in article are defined core of hereditary contracts and its difference with other contracts, regarding alienation of real property, particularly with life care contracts. Author researched number cases in case law and notary and identified main mistakes in closing and execution of hereditary contracts regarding real property.
