Distribution management approach to development companies

Abstract
The substantiation of expediency of forming a distribution approach to the management of enterprise development. The article is devoted to the definition of the key factors and conditions for the formation and implementation of a distribution approach to the management of enterprise development. The basic conditions and characteristics of the formation and implementation of a distribution approach to the management of enterprise development. Established the stages of its implementation and features of formation of the system of relations with distributor. The article substantiates that the implementation of this approach will contribute to the development of the enterprise. Main scientific article can be used in the development of management practices of various companies, including retailers.
