DISTRIBUTION OF BEER IN MICRO AND SMALL BREWERIES IN POLAND

Abstract
The research purpose of the article is to identify specific features regarding the distribution of craft beer in micro and small breweries in Poland. The research was conducted in 2015 using a questionnaire. The questionnaire was sent to 95 micro and small breweries, which accounted for almost 77% of all such facilities in Poland. 20 entities answered, which accounted for 21% of the surveyed breweries, and 16% of all such facilities in Poland. On the basis of the conducted research it was stated i.a.that the number of micro and small breweries in Poland is increasing every year, their share in the beer market is also increasing and all predictions indicate that this trend will not change. It was also observed that the distribution of beer varies depending on the type of small and microbrewery.<br/><br/>
