Diversification of agricultural enterprises: decision making

Abstract
The article argues use of diversification as a base for development of small agricultural enterprises. Strategy supports better use of production potential of an enterprise and improves its competitive capacity. The research studies principal stages of making of the decisions concerning diversification. The work gives quality analysis of risks, caused by ambiguity of performance of enterprise economic environment.
