DIVISION OF MAR ITAL PROPERTY IN TERMS OF TAKING INTO ACCOUNT DEBT

Abstract
The article deals with the protection of rights of spouses in the property division. The concept of «contract in the interests of the family» is analyzed. The author concludes that the liabilities (debts) of the spouses as part of their total assets, and in case of divorce will be divided between the spouses in accordance with the law.
