Diyabetik Retinopati Tedavisinde Çok Noktalı Lazerlerin Konvansiyonel Lazerler ile Etkinlik ve Yan Etkiler Yönünden Karşılaştırılması

Abstract
Panretinal fotokoagülasyon (PRF), proliferatif diyabetik retinopati tedavisinde standart tedavidir. Konvansiyonel lazer (KL) ile tedavi, tek nokta modunda bir veya daha fazla seansta gerçekleştirilir. KL sonrası maküler ödem gelişmesi nedeniyle, santral görme kaybı, genişleyen iç retinal skar dokusu nedeniyle periferal görme alanı kayıpları rapor edilmiştir. Çok odaklı lazer [multispot lazer (MSL)] fotokoagülasyon son yıllarda klinik uygulamaya girmiştir. Yapılan çalışmalarda; PRF uygulamalarında MSL ile KL karşılaştırıldığında, MSL ile daha az retinal doku hasarı, daha az ağrı ve artan hasta konforu bildirilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, diyabetik retinopati tedavisinde MSL ve KL’lerin, etkinliği ve yan etkilerini karşılaştırmaktır.
