DOCTRINAL TYPES OF LAW: A MODERN APPROACH

Abstract
The article draws attention to the fact that legal thinking is a global theoretical and methodological problem, where the perception and understanding of the rights and legal reality as a whole, all the legal matter of the past and the present. The effectiveness of the solution of problems of law is essential not only in itself, but for studies related to the right of phenomena, that is, it is a derivative of a certain idea of the right concepts and phenomena – about the nature and content of the law, its role and purpose, the mechanism of legal regulation, the legal system and the system of legal. Currently existing types of law, in spite of their importance and undeniably certain of their tenets, in our opinion, is from a methodological point of view, one-sided and limited. Author to address this problem offers refer to the integrative approach to legal thinking, which, being based on the convergence principle, help to reach some compromise between the main types of law and to formulate a new quality law, the essence of which will contain a normative Legalism, Humanism Natural Law School and the specific conditions life according to the sociological type of law.
