Documents that are submitted at the conclusion of the labor contract under the legislation of Ukraine and certain foreign countries

Abstract
The article is devoted to study the documents that are submitted at the conclusion of the labor contract under the legislation of Ukraine, the draft Labor Code of Ukraine and the legislation of certain foreign countries. The general and special documents which are submitted at the conclusion of the labor contract are analyzed. Disadvantages of current legislation has been analyzed and formulated proposals how to improve the provisions of the existing labor legislation and the draft Labor Code of Ukraine, taking into account the positive foreign experience.
