Допустимість показань як умова їх використання у доказуванні

Abstract
It was conducted a deep analysis of the admissibility of evidence in proving. Consider the value and location, among other admissibility conditions of use of evidence in criminal proceedings. The author also focused on current scientific position on the admissibility of evidence and testimony in particular. On the basis of indications practical application highlighted the requirements of admissibility of evidence in the process. The conclusions about the need for further treatment of the subject of research with the aim of a deeper study of the problems of admissibility evidence in criminal proceedings Проведен глубокий анализ допустимости показаний в доказывании. Рассмотрено значение и место допустимости среди других условий использования показаний в уголовном производстве. Автором акцентировано внимание на существующих научных позициях относительно допустимости доказательств и показаний в частности. На основе практики применения показаний выделены требования их допустимости в процессе доказывания. Сделаны выводы о необходимости дальнейшей обработки предмета исследования с целью более глубокого исследования проблем допустимости показаний в уголовном производстве.
