Abstract
Urban passenger transport is an integral part of a single transport system of a country that carries passengers together with other types of passenger transport. The organization of transportation of passengers should provide the least time for passenger travel, the regularity of the movement of vehicles throughout the route, the rational use of rolling stock, safety and a high culture of passenger service at the lowest cost. Improving the methods of organizing passenger transportation increases the role of the driver as a subject of labor and management. The problem of providing city passenger transport with labor resources, reducing staff turnover and consolidating employees at the enterprise, as well as improving the methods of rational organization of the operation of drivers of urban passenger transport, is an urgent task.
