Abstract
У статті розглянуті різні підходи до трактування сутності стратегічного менеджменту. Визначені відмінні риси сучасних концептуальних підходів до стратегічного управління. На прикладі успішних корпорацій США та Японії досліджені різні стилі стратегічної поведінки в умовах мінливого середовища. Визначені основні відмінності у стратегічних стилях компаній США та Японії.
