Double-Display Media in Geometrical Optics Learning in Vocational High School
Journal Title: International Journal of Advanced Engineering Research and Science - Year 2018, Vol 5, Issue 6
Abstract
This research is oriented on analysis of the impact of Double-Display media on Geometrical Optics learning used by students to improve students’ learning outcomes and concept understanding. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of Double-Display media in Physics’s subject Geometrical Optics. The effectiveness of Double-Display media as a learning tool is determined by the improving of students’ learning outcomes and concept understanding. It is a quasy experimental research which is implemented in Vocational High School Islam Pajarakan class IX academic year 2017/2018 with a number of 36 people. Data collection techniques used in this research, are observation, tests, and documentation. The result showed that the use of Double-Display media in Geometrical Optics subject can improve learning outcomes by increasing the N-Gain score of 0.9 and it can be said as high category with the level of concept understanding of translation, interpretation and extrapolation are 97%, 86%, and 68%. Concluded the use of Double-Display Media on Geometrical Optics subject can increase students’ learning outcomes and students’ concept Understanding.
Network Data Security for the Detection System in the Internet of Things with Deep Learning Approach
We thought to set up a system of interconnection which allows sharing the communication network of data without the intervention of a human being. The Internet of Things system allows many devices to be connected for a l...

Design Templates for Some Fractional Order Control Systems
Time domain characteristics of first and second order systems are well known. But the same simplicity and explicitness do not exist for low order fractional order systems (FOSs). Considering the step response, the templa...
Search and optimization of the periodic gait of leg locomotion systems
The task of reproducing artificial legged locomotion presents lots of challenges, most of them related to the system dynamics, which is non-linear, hybrid and under actuated. Recently the scope of legged locomotion chang...
Plaster Layout Process in Civil Works with a Focus on Clean Production
The constant expansion of civil construction and the increasing use of plaster gives rise to a solid waste generation problem causing difficulties for the disposal or reuse of this material. The generation of plaster was...
