DRIVING MINORS TO SUICIDE THROUGH SOCIAL NETWORKS: CRIMINOLOGICAL RESEARCH

Abstract
The article is devoted to the criminological research of driving minors into suicide through social networks. In particular, this study was carried out by conducting an experiment in which we, under the guise of children, entered these projects in order to find out the methods of work of the curators and these organizations in general. The article also described the nature of these criminals and the means of influencing minors. It was determined that minors also may be, not only victims, but also curators. On the basis of the study, we propouse some amandments to the the legislation of Ukraine. In our opinion such changes in legislation can stop or minimize the number of crimes in this area.
