Духовная модернизация - основа развития Казахстана

Abstract
В работе рассматривается процесс духовной модернизации Казахстана. Проводится анализ государственных программ, направленных на их реализацию. Модернизация культуры предполагает и развитие цивилизованной политической культуры, развитие и совершенствование общественных институтов. Одним из важнейших этапов формирования и модернизации является восстановление гуманитарного образования. Это задача важная и актуальная в сфере образования. В заключении работы, автор приходит к выводу, разработка конкретных проектов, программ и механизмов модернизации общественного сознания является задачей политологов, философов, культурологов, психологов, правоведов, одним словом, специалистов в сфере социально-гуманитарного знания, которые не только понимают по каким принципам и законам развивается социум, но и являются проводниками гуманитарного знания для более широкой аудитории.
