Abstract
Public diplomacy is becoming more and more important tool if foreign Policy cause is adequate to operating in the international system and using progressive changes in information technology, which can be used to gain directly influence to the foreign communities. To analyze and understood this policy instrument properly we should separate it from other forms of communication and outline dimensions of public diplomacy.
