E-Government and E-Democracy Applications in the Scope of New Public Administration in Turkey

Abstract
With the impact of globalization, management knowledge, especially in the field of public administration, has seen new changes in public administration with the emergence of new public management understanding. As a result of these changes, a brand new concept emerged under the name of electronic state. In the development of this concept, the widespread use of internet in the frame of globalization and the proportionate effect of the slowness of the bureaucracy in the public institutions has been increased. In this study, I will examine the concept of e-democracy which develops under the e-government and its sub-subject depending on the new concept of public administration emerged with globalization.
