E-PENSIONER – A BLOGGING ELDERLY – A STUDY REVIEW

Abstract
Possibility of communicating via the Internet is clear and accessible. Information sent by the web can reach recipients with no time or location limits. Media space, developing so dynamically, is providing more and more new possibilities for the elderly. To maintain positive self-image, a person who is getting old should undertake new kinds of activities and replace the lost or fading social roles with others. At present, blogs are one of the popular forms of communication. They can be a fascinating activity for the elderly. Many of them set up their blogs currently. A survey was conducted by the author on blogosphere among the 3rd Age University students at Rzeszow University. In the article, results and conclusions are discussed.<br/><br/>
