ECONOMIC AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF JUDICIAL PROTECTION OF THE RIGHT TO COMPENSATION BY THE FUND OF GUARANTEEING DEPOSITS OF INDIVIDUALS DEPOSITS

Abstract
The article deals with the specifics of judicial protection of the right to compensation deposit funds by the Deposit Guarantee Fund. The necessity of amending existing legislation to clearly regulate jurisdiction of cases on the appeals of individuals with a claim to the Deposit Guarantee Fund is grounded. The analysis of regulations and litigation of this category of cases jurisdiction is determined.
