ECONOMIC FACTORS OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND ENTERPRISES OF STATE PROPERTY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The stages of transformation of the state property management system for the implementation of the priority tasks aimed at raising the socio-economic level in Ukraine are researched. The state of economic efficiency of the work of domestic enterprises with state shares in statutory funds was studied. The organizational mechanisms of activity of central executive authorities on the reorganization of the system of management of state property are analyzed. The necessity of introducing a new complex approach to the management of property and state-owned enterprises in Ukraine is substantiated.
