Economic principles of preservation and development of agricultural potential of Ukraine in the conditions of decentralization

Abstract
The features of development of the agrarian sector of the national economy and sustainable development of rural territories in the conditions of decentralization were disclosed. The dynamics of agricultural production by all categories of farms was determined. The focus was on the development of the livestock sector in Ukraine and its main issues. The tendencies of small agrarian entrepreneurship development in Ukraine were analysed. The authors proved that the most promising forms of entrepreneurship are farms and agricultural servicing cooperatives. The features of state support to the agrarian sector and the role of local self-government bodies in its realization were investigated. The necessity of development of cooperative movement in rural areas and responsibility of local authorities for this process was argued.
