ECONOMIC REGULATION OF LAND RELATIONS: METHODS AND INSTRUMENTS

Abstract
The article highlights the theoretical and methodological foundations of economic regulation of land relations. Under the economic regulation of land relations are invited to understand the totality of existing methods and tools, which are based on the rule of law and act in accordance with objective economic laws. Based methods and tools of economic regulation of land relations, which meet today's needs and are consistent with the general policy of the state, which is aimed at the deregulation of economic activities and the decentralization of power
