Abstract
This paper intends to show that we only can talk about a whole human formation today, if it is something directed to the construction of a kind of sociability where it is, in fact, possible. This kind of sociability – capitalist – due to being based on the exploitation of the man by the man and the consequent inequality, cannot allow this whole formation. That’s because, a whole formation demands the access to the material and spiritual resources necessary to the full realization of the individuals. This will only be possible in a communist society. This way, an educational activity that intends to contribute to a whole formation will must try to allow the individuals to get involved in this fight for the construction of a kind of sociability beyond the capital.
