EDUCAÇÃO TECNICISTA VERSUS FORMAÇÃO HUMANA: OS CICLOS DE FORMAÇÃO E O DESAFIO DA APRENDIZAGEM PARA TODOS

Abstract
Th is paper analyzes the characteristics of the technicist education supported by mechanistic and positivist principles and their contradictions in the education process having its objectives aimed at human formation. It also examines some conceptions and sources of thought that justify or contradict with a humanizing education, making thus the counterpoint between education for formation and training, between the educator and the one who just transfers information. It also analyzes the origins of the discussion about the curriculum and its subordination to the taylorist-fordist scientifi c administration model as the one of the grade system school organization. Following this, some knowledge guidelines are set and some methodological ways for an articulation between school and social contexts are pointed out, indicating thus the structure of the cycles of formation as a possibility for the teaching process organization in order to comprise the conceptions and practices which make the inclusion through the learning process possible.
