Effect of age on the acquisition spotlight instructions ,Retention and transfer dart throwing skills

Abstract
The purpose of this study, the effect of the instructions in the spotlight [internal and external] and the age of acquisition, retention and transfer of skills was to throw darts study was quasi-experimental and field. A total of 100 volunteers [women] family Mashhad, including age 10.8 years, 16-18 years, 25-27 years, 40-42 years, 60-62 years physically healthy and motor were selected. All age groups were divided into two categories: internal and external focus. Internal and external variables, including instructions in the spotlight by throwing darts points on the test base on two consecutive days [pre-test], acquisition, retention and transfer were measured. The data were analyzed using SPSS and EXCEL. First, the normal distribution of the Kolmogorov - Smirnov test was used to test the hypotheses and then test and analysis of variance with repeated measures t-test and post hoc Bonferroni test used to test the basic assumptions Shd.br the basis of results of instructions external focus of attention on performance and learning, teens, adults and seniors and internal focus on performance and learning for children and the elderly have also been effective. The findings show that external focus of attention in adolescents, adults and seniors more effectively than focus is internal, so coaches may adolescents, adults and seniors in the focus of attention outside of their children and the elderly to focus on their inner to improve motor learning tips them.
