EFFECT OF SPEED OF VEHICLES ON THE SIZE OF URBAN EXHAUST ON THE SECTION ROAD

Abstract
In this paper the influence of the average speed of vehicles on emissions of some toxic components of exhaust was showed. To achieve this goal it was necessary to perform measurements of speed on a road section on the street Victims of Katyn in Zabrze. The scope of work included measurements at three different times of day and different days of the week. The emissions of selected toxic components of exhaust gases was determined with a computer program COPERT IV.
