Effects of strength training and work balance, Dynamic Teen girls Kickboxing

Abstract

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of six weeks of strength training on dynamic balance in adolescents athlete. A total of 30 adolescent female athletes with no history of lower extremity injury were randomly divided into three groups of 10 people, including strength training and control groups, respectively. Before and after six weeks of training, dynamic balance test subjects were measured stars. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, test repeated measurements , paired t-test , one way ANOVA and LSD post hoc test at a significance level of ? ?0/05 was used. The results showed that participants in the exercise get directions star test showed an increase. And also showed that there are significant differences among the three groups in the anterior aspect of the interior. The results showed that strength training, balance and combined achievement gap subjects showed an increase in the star test directions. Given the need to balance juvenile sports skills as well as an important factor in the prevention of sports injuries training program designed to benefit all three training exercises in particular are used in combination.
