Efficacy and Safety of Systemic Decongestants

Abstract
The review presented current views on the use of systemic decongestants. We have considered pathogenetic mechanisms and clinical effects of their use in the practice of otorhinolaryngologist and pediatrician. Particular attention is paid to the issues of the safety and efficacy of systemic decongestants in children.
