EFFICIENCY OF PIEZOELECTRIC ELEMENTS IN ROAD TRANSPORT

Abstract
As is known, in cars there take place as vertical, so longitudinal and lateral oscillations, added to which are additional loads caused by the suspension. All this worsens the working conditions of driver and traveling comfort. In addition, this energy gets lost in the environment, whereas its use would have a serious effect, both in terms of economy and in terms of comfort, which is quite possible if a piezo shock absorber is used in the suspensions of different types, instead of a conventional shock absorber, which allows for converting these loads and oscillations into electric power.
