EFFICIENCY OF THE INSTITUTE OF CONSTITUTIONAL CLAIM AS THE INSTRUMENT OF PROTECTION OF CITIZENS’ RIGHTS

Abstract
The realization of the constitutional reform in the field of justice was the basis for the creation of a new mechanism (instrument) of ensuring (protection) of the rights of citizens in Ukraine – the institute of constitutional claim. Despite the implementation of the institute in 2016, it’s functioning has started in spring of 2018. In the article we make the research on the question of efficiency of the institute of constitutional claim in Ukraine.
