ELECTORAL ABSTENTION AND VOTING PREFERENCES

Abstract
The article focuses on the problem of electoral abstention. The author attempts to clarify what kind of electoral preferences have an influence on voting. The ąuestion is still very up-to-date, why so many people do not vote, why they renounce their influence on the direction of public affairs, why they do not support actively their sovereignty.
