Electro-hydraulic Braking Actuating System of Electric Vehicle

Abstract

To make the electric vehicle recover more energy during braking,a new hydraulic braking actuating system of electric vehicle was designed. When electric cars were braked in low strength,the mechanical friction braking force and motor regenerative braking force were decoupled. At this time,the braking force was completely provided by the motor regenerative braking force,which ensures the braking safety and efficient recovery of braking energy. The simulation model of the actuation system was established based on the advanced modeling environment for performing simulation of engineering systems( AMESim). According to the design scheme,the physical experiment platform was set up. The simulation results and experimental results show that the braking actuating system is reasonable.
