Emotional burnout syndrome in the future psychologist: empirical results

Abstract
Professional Activity Psychologist associated with constant uncertainty, accompanied by mental stress and therefore requires professional work on a continuous aimed at boosting reflexive mechanisms, self-regulation, self-correction. Emotional burnout — a group of specific psychological states that are developing in a healthy person’s emotional strain when providing psychotherapy and psychological assistance. The aim of the empirical study is to detect the output level of emotional burnout in psychologists and experimentally verify the effectiveness of the author of the program. Conducted ascertaining stage experimental work on the initial level of emotional burnout showed in general middle and high level this phenomenon. As a result of forming experiment on the basis of the author’s programs aimed at the prevention and correction of emotional burnout syndrome, there have been significant changes in the downward emotional burnout. The success of the program led to increased self-awareness, creating a positive oneself, self-development skills that reduce the level of emotional burnout syndrome. Prospects for further research is to develop recommendations to prevent emotional burnout syndrome in the future psychologist.
