EMPLOYER’S EXPECTATIONS TOWARDS THE EMPLOYEES FROM THE MARKETING AND MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

Abstract
The article presents the survey conducted in the companies, operating at polish market, in different types of sector. All these companies have a marketing and management department and due to today’s polish market condition, they are constantly seeking for new employees. Also, they have some expectations in regards to them, which are, quite often, not fulfilled by the young people. This survey was conducted to show what are the real expectations from the employers and what skills are really needed for work in marketing and management department.<br/><br/>
