ENERGY ENTERPRISES AGRICULTURAL AREAS: NATURE AND DIRECTIONS

Abstract
The purpose of the article – consideration of theoretical and methodological provisions on the efficiency of energy saving in agricultural production, study of the main tendencies in the development of energy saving technologies and consideration of the prospects for their implementation in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. In the course of the research, the following methods were used: monographic - during the processing of professional literary sources and work with a textual presentation of the mentioned problem; systemic - to specify categorical apparatus; logical - to determine the positive social and economic effects, in order to summarize the results and form conclusions. In the article the use of world experience in management of energy saving and its application in agrarian enterprises of Ukraine is explored. The experience of the USA and EU countries is considered. The main tools of world practice in the sphere of energy saving are formulated. The main priorities of energy saving activity are determined. Biogas production as one of the advanced technologies is substantiated. Explored the use of alternative energy sources in developed countries and proved the feasibility of introducing the latest energy saving technologies in Ukraine. Increasing energy saving and energy efficiency of agricultural enterprises is possible through the application of structural, technological, technical, managerial, financial and economic measures, as well as the introduction of innovations aimed at developing, creating new types of products, technologies and new organizational forms of production and management methods. This will ensure the competitiveness of agribusiness products both in the domestic and foreign markets. It is necessary to substantiate theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations regarding trends in the development of energy-saving technologies. The main results of our study are an important prerequisite for solving issues related to overcoming existing energy saving problems in Ukraine.
